Wellness App & Mood Tracker
Sattva Mind is a wellness app and mood tracker conceived by master yogi and psychoanalyst Sherri Melwani, LMSW. It allows you to input events, feelings, and other information into a personal diary that tracks your mood over time to find patterns. There is a meditation function which allows the user access to her guided meditations, as well as a timer and an option to schedule a one-on-one appointment with her. The app is still in the development stage.
